Cancellation:

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: In order to receive credit for a missed lesson, I require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. If you provide the necessary notice, I will gladly help you reschedule the lesson to a better time.

Q: How do I reschedule a lesson?
A: To reschedule a lesson, please look for the invitation email and reschedule via Acuity scheduling. Alternatively, you can contact me, and I can manually move our lesson to a better time.

Q: What if my internet goes out?
A: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that are outside of your control. In these cases, we can reschedule the lesson to a better time without penalty. However, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Lateness:

Q: What happens if I am late for a lesson?
A: If you are late, please be aware that your lesson will still end at the pre-determined time. This ensures fairness for other students and allows me to maintain a consistent schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a lesson, the lesson will be cancelled and full payment will be due.

Refunds:

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: My strongly preferred option is to provide studio credit for cancelled lessons. However, if you cancel a lesson with more than 48 hours’ notice, I am willing to refund the fees paid. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.

Q: Can I receive a refund if I miss a lesson without notice?
A: Unfortunately, refunds are not granted for missed lessons without prior notice.

Additional Policies and Important Information:

• Payments for lessons are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

• Any missed lessons due to instructor absence or unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.

• While I strive to offer a safe and inclusive environment for all students, I reserve the right to terminate lessons if a student displays disrespectful behavior or fails to comply with my studio policies.
